Shoppers on a PDP are often comparing options and checking details. Lead with a clear on-model or pack shot that shows the product honestly, then support with texture and construction images.
Lookbooks favor mood
Editorial spreads can be darker, busier, or more cropped because the job is inspiration—not specification. Pull those images into ads or landing pages more often than into the primary PDP carousel.
Reuse without mismatch
If you reuse a lookbook crop on the PDP, add at least one straightforward full-product frame so customers still know exactly what they are buying.
